BigBand Networks to Report First Quarter 2007 Financial Results

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 19, 2007—BigBand Networks, Inc., (NASDAQ: BBND), a leading provider of broadband multimedia infrastructure for video, voice, and data, today announced that it will issue a press release reporting financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007, immediately following the close of the market on Thursday, May 3, 2007.
The Company will host a corresponding conference call and live webcast at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on May 3, 2007.
