Responsibilities:

The Systems Integration and Testing Engineer has the primary responsibility of testing BigBand Networks Switched Digital Video solution.  This involves functionality testing, integration and testing with the third party devices as required, Tier 3 technical support, develop system test plans, build test beds, conduct tests on different applications/environments, and interface with R&D for problem resolution. Candidate must perform new feature and regression testing of BigBand Networks Switched Digital Video solution in an integrated environment, develop and execute strong test plans by analyzing requirements, design specs, researching new technologies and its implementation in BigBand Networks products, design and implement complex test beds and network topologies, conduct system data flow testing, scalability and performance testing, network protocol related testing (RPC, RTSP, IGMP, RIP, OSPF), MPEG video analysis testing, stress and stability testing, automation testing, analyze system logs, and work with development and engineering teams to drive system problems to closure.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent, plus 5 years of Systems Testing/QA Experience, experience in Digital Video Equipment testing, Systems Integration testing, and Networking testing.
• Candidates must have QA methodical debugging techniques, Linux/Unix operating systems skills and network diagnostics skills. Cisco Routers Configuration experience and configuring and debugging video devices in an IP networking environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience in setting up Linux systems with IP Analyzers including the IXIA, Etherpeek, Ethereal, and MPEG Analyzers including the DecTech Actena DTS/Tektronix MTS/MTM,
• Strong Expertise in automated white-box, black-box and end-to-end system testing is a plus as well as knowledge with Motorola/SA Headend system.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for providing superior technical support to customers of BigBand Networks.  Customer contact is handled through phone support and on site visits as necessary.  Position requires a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.  This position may assist in replicating technical problems in BigBand Networks lab.  On call support is required for after hour issues on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities:

The Corporate Controller is responsible for managing all financial and accounting functions for the organization.  You will direct and manage day-to-day operations of the accounting functions, including but not limited to the general ledger, payroll, stock administration, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, fixed assets and cash management including good working knowledge of software revenue recognition. • Coordinates overall accounting activities; sets, interprets, and implements policies and controls; directs all accounting transactions, record keeping and reporting

• Prepares and analyzes monthly financial reports
• Reviews present financial and accounting procedures and policies
• Implements changes and modifications to accounting operations designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Recommend and direct operating policies and control procedures, and ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness of accounting functions/processes. Evaluate and implement systems as appropriate to support the company's growth
• Manages audit requirements and work with the auditors
• Works with senior management team to support ongoing operational needs and ensures that operational financial requirements are aligned with budget
• Perform cash management and hedging functions (cash receipts, disbursements, communicating with banks etc) including ensuring liquidity and operating funds as well as ensuring appropriate controls for purchases, investment and liquidity management are in place and adhered to.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial management with emphasis on accounting
• Ability to create and manage complex accounting and reporting systems
