  • Develop, conduct and manage effective demonstrations, presentations and training materials in support of BigBand competitive solutions.

     

  • Manage and prioritize focused efforts to align with BigBand’s bookings and revenue objectives.

     

  • Develop working relationships with key prospect/customer/partner technical contacts to support BigBand’s strategic business objectives.

     

  • Provide pre-sales support in proposing and designing solutions to meet prospect/customers’ business and technical requirements based on requirements outlined in the overall RFI/RFQ/RFP RFP process directly with customers and site surveys.

     

  • Act as point of contact for account specific field trail and or BMT from design to successful completion

     

  • Participate actively in communicating current and future prospect, customer and markets requirements to the product planning organization.

     

  • Provide information to INDA and SQA on interoperability testing requirements from prospects, customers, and partners with new vendor interfaces regarding BigBand Solutions.

     

  • Provide feedback to Marketing Operations in updates to quotation worksheets. (Conquer and Swibster).

     

  • Build detailed network drawings/designs, BOM’s and cost estimates.

     

  • Obtain timely design reviews and approvals to support the sales pipeline.

     

  • Provide technical support to prospects, customers and partners in a timely fashion when required. 

     

  • Travel to prospects, customer and partner sites, including trade shows, seminars as appropriate to promote the companies products and solutions.

     

  • Provide support to Product Marketing in developing new product strategies i.e. Demo Kits Lab trial systems.

     

  • Participate as required in “Tiger Team” efforts to achieve strategic goals.

     

  • Participate actively in training and development programs such as BigBand’s global, regional and national “Go To Market” meetings.

     

  • Conduct business in a manner consistent with BigBand’s policies regarding regulatory compliance, code of ethics and strategic vision.
  • Requirements:

    • BS Degree in a Technical Discipline, Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering
    • 5 - 10 Years of relevant experience
    • Travel 50%+
    • Ability to obtain a Passport for potential international support / travel
